Terms and Conditions of Sale

Welcome to the artistic world of Pino Procopio. Access to and use of this Website are governed by these General Conditions. By browsing and making purchases on this Site, the user declares to have understood and fully accepted the terms set forth herein.

1. Ordering Process

To acquire an artwork or an artistic product, the User must follow the guided purchase procedure available on the Site.

  • Order Confirmation: The submission of an order generates an automatic email notification. This communication confirms receipt of the order but does not constitute formal acceptance of it. The Owner reserves the right to cancel an order even after the confirmation of receipt, subject to timely notification.
  • Personal Use: All artworks and products are intended exclusively for personal use and collecting. The purchase for commercial purposes or unauthorized resale is strictly prohibited.
  • Right of Cancellation: The Owner may cancel an order in the event of previous disputes, violation of site conditions, failure to pay within the terms, or incompleteness of the data provided. In the event of cancellation, a corresponding refund will be issued.

2. Image Accuracy and Uniqueness

We are committed to ensuring that the photographic representations of the works are as accurate and faithful as possible. However, given the artistic nature of the products and the technical variables of monitors (color calibration, brightness), the appearance of the work in person may differ slightly from that displayed online. The Owner is not responsible for minor discrepancies due to technological limitations.

3. Availability and Prices

The online catalog is updated regularly; however, the display of a work does not guarantee its immediate availability.

  • Price Variations: The Owner reserves the right to update price lists at any time and without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout will be applied to the buyer.
  • Unavailable Works: Should a product be unavailable at the time of payment, the Buyer may choose between:
    • Cancellation of the order with a full refund.
    • Replacement with another work of equal value (with any necessary balance adjustment).
    • For non-numbered series works, a request for new production, accepting the technical lead times of artisanal craftsmanship.

4. Payments

Prices are expressed in Euro (€). For high-value works where the price is not displayed, a quote can be requested via the specific contact form. Payment can be made via:

  • Digital Channels: Credit Card (via Shopify Payments) or PayPal.
  • At the Studio: It is possible to complete the purchase directly at the artist's studio located at Via Fonte Alessio, 60 – 64023 Montone di Mosciano Sant'Angelo (TE), Italy.

5. Shipping and Delivery: The Wait for Art

Many of the works on the site are finished or made to order.

  • Processing Times: Unless immediately available in stock, shipping will take place within 15 business days of order confirmation to ensure the time necessary for attention to detail and the perfection of the piece.
  • Costs and Security: Shipping is always free of charge. Every work travels via express courier in tracked and insured mode for the maximum protection of the buyer.
  • Liability: Any delays or logistical issues not attributable to the conduct of the Owner (force majeure, courier service failures) are not the responsibility of the Owner, who nevertheless undertakes to assist the customer in resolving the problem.

6. Receipt and Complaints

Upon delivery, the Buyer is required to inspect the work. Any anomalies must be reported promptly (within 15 days) by writing to info@pinoprocopio.com or calling +39 347 6364467.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

  • Conditions: Returns are only accepted if the work is intact, in its original packaging, and complete with every accessory and sales document.
  • Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for products damaged by negligence, wear and tear, or alterations made by the buyer.
  • Procedure: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The package must be sent to: Giuseppe Antonio Procopio, Viale dello Splendore n. 35, 64021 Giulianova (TE), Italy. Every return is subject to a quality control check before a refund is issued.

8. Warranty and Support

All products are covered by a 24-month warranty for lack of conformity. The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects and not accidental damage. The studio remains available for out-of-warranty repair interventions, subject to the customer's acceptance of an estimate.

9. Intellectual Property

Every piece of content on the site (texts, photographs, works, videos, graphics) is protected by international copyright laws. Reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without the written authorization of the Owner.
